Quality & Impact

Creating Impact
that Changes Lives

The heart of our work is the impact we create. Our commitment to quality, innovation and collaboration is guided by our shared belief in expanding the possibilities for every student.

Making a Meaningful Difference

Everything we do is focused on creating better outcomes for the students we support. We combine specialist expertise with a commitment to quality, continually reviewing how we work and where we can make the greatest difference.

By measuring our impact, listening to our communities and sharing what works, we can keep improving our services and help create positive, lasting change.

Safeguarding

Keeping our students safe is the foundation everything else is built on. We adhere to OFG Education’s Safeguarding Pledge, ensuring every student in our care is protected, supported and heard. All staff are trained in Child Protection and Safeguarding to the appropriate level, with clear procedures for reporting concerns to a Designated Safeguarding Lead. From tackling bullying and exploitation to promoting the Equality Act 2010, we build a culture where safety comes first — so students are free to learn, grow and thrive.

Maintaining the Highest Standards

Always Improving

We continually use evidence, outcomes and insight to understand what is working, identify opportunities to improve and strengthen our practice.

Quality and Compliance

Our Quality and Compliance team is at the heart of our quality commitment, driving standards, monitoring performance and putting change into practice. Our schools are inspected by ISI (independent Schools Inspectorate), Ofsted, Care Inspectorate Scotland and Estyn, and we’re proud to say that our high inspection ratings are a reflection of our entire team’s hard work.

Clinical Governance

The Chief Clinical Officer chairs the clinical governance board and works closely with the external advisory board and the team under the Director of Clinical Practice and Standards:

  • Head of Speech and Language Therapy
  • Head of Occupational Therapy
  • Head of Psychological Practice
