Personalised Career Paths

Our Futures Team comprises of eight highly-trained Regional Futures Advisors, each holding a level 6 or 7 qualification in Careers Guidance, or working as a supported apprentice, with specialist expertise in supporting students with additional or complex needs. The team is developing a bespoke SEND Careers curriculum that will revolutionise guidance, giving students the opportunity to gain a qualification while preparing for their future.
